The strut & tie method to design corbels, pile caps and frame corners

Hi friends,

Yesterday I sent out episode #14 of the reinforced concrete series. But this time with a different e-mail newsletter platform and e-mail address.

The open rate isn’t too bad. But some of you texted me that the e-mail was sent to the spam/junk folder.

Please check your spam folder, move the e-mail to your inbox, and add the e-mail: laurindominik97@gmail.com to your address book.

In Gmail, you simply click on my photo next to the email address and click on Add to contacts.

In Outlook, you can either add the e-mail from scratch:

1. From the new Outlook navigation pane, select People.

2. On the Home tab, select New contact.

3. Enter my name Laurin Ernst or Structural Basics and then select Save.

Or add my e-mail address from the e-mail itself:

1. In Mail, open the email “The strut & tie method to design corbels, pile caps and frame corners” in the reading pane, and then select my name / my e-mail address.

2. On the profile card that opens, at the bottom of the card, select Add to contacts.

3. Select Save.

I hope this will resolve the issue for those of you who want to continue to read my weekly newsletter. If it doesn’t help please check your spam folder next Wednesday again and respond to the email.
